Stevens Transport Compensation

Listed below are basic terms for the Independent Contractor Lease.

Operator shall be paid .81 cents per mile loaded or empty.

On all loads requiring protective service there is an additional .01 cent per mile paid.

Fuel surcharge plan available.

License and permits paid by Stevens Transport:

• All Pennsylvania tolls, N.Y. City bridge and 30% of other tolls paid
• Paid loading/offloading when necessary
• Stop pay

Outside trailer washes will be reimbursed as often as contractor feels necessary to keep the equipment
looking its best.
